I have been thinking about the Consortium Ecumenical Essay Contributions. The idea to have an essay contest came from the Consortium Student Board--not from me!! [The Board is composed of representatives of the Consortium schools.]

With twenty one entries, the Board’s purposes have been more than fulfilled. I hope that the ‘blind reviewers’ do not have trouble picking the three winners from so many. [We have lots of good students in the Consortium!]
